Warranty

Limited Warranty. WASP warrants, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, that the product’s parts are free from material manufacturing defects. The foregoing warranty specifically excludes non-material defects and defects caused by another party, including, without limitation, the operator. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, WASP MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR (C) WARRANTY AS TO THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PRODUCT TO PREVENT LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY FIRE. In the event of a material manufacturing defect COVERED BY THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, WASP will replace the product or Product part at no additional expense TO CONSUMER; however, in no event shall WASP be responsible TO SUCH CONSUMER for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damages as a result of such defect. WASP SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE RELATED TO THE USE OF THE PRODUCT. Please preserve the defected product and be prepared to ship it to WASP.
